  • Oxford Food Symposium 8 - 10 July 2016

    As part of the at the Oxford Food Symposium's Friday night dinner this year, I will be presenting a performance-lecture, ‘A Woman Holding a Liver’, in which I will explore the practice and history of haruspicy, or liver divination, as well as undertaking a reading of a sheep’s liver. The theme of this year's symposium is Offal: Rejected and Reclaimed Foods.
